If you are sending your shoes by mail:

You can easily send us your climbing shoes by posting them to us, with a note including your name and order number, at:

Please include our phone number, 98888516, in your shipment booking – this ensures we are notified when your shoes are delivered to us.

We do not recommend using Helthjem as they have lost packages in the past!

If you are using a Drop Box:

1. Fill out the order form provided at the drop box.
2. Place the order form inside one of the shoes.
3. Tape your shoes together and post them into the drop box.
   If you are dropping off multiple pairs, please include a form with each pair and tape each pair together separately.

We’ll send you an email when your shoes are ready to collect – collection will be available from the same drop box unless otherwise requested.

Once we receive your shoes and payments, we will get to work!
