Right of Withdrawal
If you want to regret your purchase, you always have 14 calendar days from the last item received. It is the “Right of Withdrawal Act” that regulates duties and rights between consumers and businesses (see Act on the duty to provide information and right of withdrawal for distance selling and sales outside permanent business premises) .
The Right of Withdrawal Act gives you as a private person the right, at no extra cost, to check the product before it is returned within the right of withdrawal. If the product has only been tried or checked in the same way as you can do in a regular store, the customer must have the entire purchase price and shipping to the customer refunded. If the product is used (during the right of withdrawal period) and this has led to a reduction in the value of the item, the company will make a deduction in the purchase price corresponding to the item’s objectively reduced value, before the rest of the purchase price and shipping to the customer is refunded. Documentation of unjustified and unnecessary examination of the product that results in a reduction in value will be sent to the consumer by email.
The withdrawal period does not apply to resoles and repairs.
We ask that you do not remove labels and treat the original packaging / sales packaging well.
In order for the right of withdrawal to be valid, you must take an active action. In practice, this means that you are not required to redeem the shipment by, for example, orders sent by postal order, but you must ask the carrier to send the item back to us and you must pay the return costs yourself. If packages are returned to us because you do not pick them up or perform an active action (ref point above) you will be charged a fee of NOK. 500, – + shipping and return shipping. This will be invoiced to you separately.
